Absolutely the worse agents ive ever dealt with, no communication, no answers in 6 months not 1 job was rectified on the property, was told by Craig we were a priority yet still nothing was done. House was dirty gardens overgrown. Lorraine avoids any question given to her or avoids your calls. I would advise anyone to avoid this shambles of an estate agents if you the type of person who likes communication and results not empty promises. Represented a vendor who pulled out of our purchase which I appreciate is out of their control. Issue is we only found out when we chased for updates. Poor communication from my experience. I am sure we are an isolated case. Lorraine in the office is lovely. But Craig, I am sorry to say I found his communication poor, non responsive and very hard to get hold of as he has no direct number.
