Represented a vendor who pulled out of our purchase which I appreciate is out of their control. Issue is we only found out when we chased for updates. Poor communication from my experience. I am sure we are an isolated case. Lorraine in the office is lovely. But Craig, I am sorry to say I found his communication poor, non responsive and very hard to get hold of as he has no direct number.
