Unequivocally, the worst patient care I have ever received. Dr. Berg was rude, nasty, and he berated me for expressing how much pain I was experiencing during a root canal. I have never been treated worse by a health care professional. I went to another dentist to finish what Dr. Berg had begun, and butchered, and experienced neither pain nor discomfort. It reaffirmed my belief that dental care need not be tantamount to being in a torture chamber or being under the care of Torquemada or the Marquis De Sade.

I would not recommend Dr. Berg to anyone. He was very rude and could care less what I was feeling. All he wanted was my money.

I saw Dr. Berg for a root canal. I was very nervous because of all the horror stories I had heard about root canals. He was helpful in alleviating my fears. Dr. Berg is outstanding at what he does. I did not have any pain. He is not the most personable person, but I would rather have a competent dentist, than a chatty one. His office is well organized. Other reviewers have mentioned the assembly line aspect, but that did not bother me. His office stafff was nice. I think they realize people are fearful and possibly in pain.

I had a root canal. I have a terrible fear of dentists and made sure they knew when I walked in. They didn't allow me to have anything (gas) or any time to calm down. Just started drilling. A true assembly line production. Just half walls, see other patients laying near you, etc. Dr. Berg maybe spent 5 minutes with me total. I started crying and the assistant wanted to know if I was in pain, I said no (It didn't hurt and was successful) just upset and she shoved me out the door to pay and didn't even offer a tissue to dry my... read more

I would NOT recommend Dr. Berg. Had root canal there. His office is like an assembly line. VERY impersonable. I had problems, tooth was cracked. He was very rude when I came back. I would STAY AWAY!

Because of his impatient and rude manner, the treatment was not completed. The staff did not ask what the problem was nor did they offer to reschedule. Cannot recommend this dentist to anyone.

I 've had 2 root canals by Dr. Berg. There was no pain and he was done very quickly. I would recommend him to everyone!
