I was teriffied and the whole experiance gave me panic attack but it was not as bad as I thought it would be
My experience at Dr. Berg's office was for one root canal. It was easy to get an appt. but the front office staff was not overly friendly. The cost was comparable for the service. The procedure was quick. Pain control is something that needs to be addressed. I was not offered nitrous or localized numbing before novocaine injections. The professionalism by the staff that works directly with Dr. Berg was top notch. Even though Dr. Berg explained procedures, he didn't act interested. The front office was crowded and it was if t... read more
I've had 2 root canals. The first was by a fairly competant dentist and turned out OK but wasn't a very pleasant experience. My jaw hurt for several days afterward and the area was tender for awhile. What did I know, it was a root canal. The second was with Dr. Berg. He was excellent. In fact I didn't even realize it when he was done. The personalities were all business but they knew exactly what they were doing. They weren't mean but just very business like. Not much small talk, but I'll trade personality for quality work w... read more
Dr. Berg is very impersonable. He was quick and painless when he did the procedure, but I had problems afterwards. I was told to take ibuprofin for pain. This did not relieve the pain. I had to go back and see him after calling the office because I still had pain. When he saw me, the first thing he said is "Oh, my favorite patient", very sarcastically. I felt so embarassed because the treatment area is all open. He was rough and non-sympathetic when the root canal did not relieve my pain. I had to get my tooth pulled. His of... read more
I went in very anxious and he was awesome in explaining things. He actually made me laugh while I was there.
Did not have root canal due to the uneasy feeling I felt while being in Dr. Berg's office. He was impersonal and so was his staff. I waited 2 hours before being seen, and by that point I had already observed the icy nature of this dentist. This is a terrifying procedure for most, so you would think it would be important to make patients feel at ease. Needless to say, I left before being treated. Came back home and read these reviews - thank goodness my 6th sense as accurate!!! I would not recommend this endodontist to anyone... read more
Dr.Berg was helpful and made the procedure as comfortable as possible
I had a root canal, and I am going to have to go back for more work...fun...
Dr. Berg's office is like an assembly line. However, his skill and ability to fix my root canal in a very short period of time more than makes up for his lack of hospitality.
