I had alot of anxiety before my root canal and it was easy and painless. Great experience. I would highly reccommend Dr. Berg.
Dr. Berg took care of a root canal on one of my molars; he did this over the course of two appointments, to be thorough and make sure the decay was all gone. He told me what to expect, and what the next step was, and the receptionist double checked to make sure my x-ray got sent to my normal dentist. I had infection around an old root canal that could not be fixed since the tooth is cracked. Dr. Berg was very good at explaining my options and offering advice. I'm not the best patient due to my gag-reflex but the staff and doctor were patient with me. All the girls in the office were respectful, nice, and attentive. I would recommend this office to others.
No one likes getting a root canal done, but if i ever need another one (which i do) i will be calling Dr. Berg! I was in and out in about 45 minutes and had a virtually pain free experience! Of course there was discomfort, but that is usually the case at any dental appointment. I originally took the day off, not knowing how i would feel after the procedure, but i was fine!
I was very pleased with the nice staff and very happy with my dental treatment. It was painless and efficient. I would highly recommend Dr. Berg

although Dr Berg is not super talkative, he is very good at root canal procedures. I had 2 appointments and both went extremely well and completely fixed my tooth. I would to totally recommend using this dentist.
had a root canal done. no pain. very highly skilled at what he does. only so-so with the bedside manner, as he's very focused on your teeth and pretty much all business. if you want to chit-chat with your dentist, this ain't the guy. if you want a highly-skilled presision drilling machine that will get 'er done right, this is the man you want to see. i'll go out of my way to use dr mark berg next time i need an endodontist. i'll say it again - i had zero pain, perfect results, and little conversation.
He left root / tissue in the canals. It never felt right. Now, after much anquish, I found a new endodontist. I found out that my tooth was cracked. I question whether this happened before or after the root canal.
