This morning I took my daughter's car to BenzTechs Ltd in regards to engine warning light which came on when we had issue with the coolant reservoir. This has been sorted but the engine warning light kept coming back. After a brief chat the gentleman explained what could be the issue and gave me a rough estimate. However, he recommended and did a diagnosis, despite being busy.He cleared the error codes and advised me to get in touch if the light comes on again. One of best Garage for Mercedes ..
Unfortunately, never got to use the garage as they didn't return either of my calls. I called three times one day, and just got answerphone. On third call left a message with my number. Their answerphone message states that they aim to call back within 30–45 minutes. Heard nothing, so next day called again leaving another message. That was 13 days ago, and heard nothing back from them. It's quite frustrating to wait for calls that don't materialise.
