I had a really poor experience with Bentley Hurst. On Tuesday I called about a two-bed flat and was told they’d check with the landlord if I could view that same day at 1:30pm and get back to me. Nobody called me back, so I chased and was then told I’d be booked in for Friday instead. That was fine with me, as long as I was the first viewing, which they assured me I would be.
