It was great that we could test so many mattresses and find the one we really loved. Staff was really helpful too and even gave us a generous discount on the mattress, mattress protector and pillows we chose.

Make sure the products are clean when they leave your warehouse and the van is regularly cleaned to avoid the annoyance to your customers of damage to walls and furnishings. Advise your delivery teams to ensure they don't cause this kind of irritation. It detracts from your customers experience of your service. That said, I slept on my new bed last night and it was very comfortable, I was exhausted from the cleaning up, so would probably have slept standing up!
This is my first time going into a Benson's store, and I have been very impressed with the friendly and professional service from all the staff in-store and the delivery
