I recently bought a bed from Bensons and was told delivery would be in two weeks. It never arrived. I called the branch and was told they had no idea and that I should call Customer Service. I called Customer Service and they said they had no idea and that I was to call the Distribution Centre. The Distribution Centre had no idea either and said all I could do was reschedule another delivery slot for a further two week's time. To date Bensons has been unable to offer an explanation.
