It is no longer Bensons for beds but a fabulous new charity shop and cafe for Birmingham hospice. Well worth visiting.

Great service in the shop. However if you dont pay in full in the shop, you simply cant get through to Bensons to make full payment. Great delivery service, great product, wrong pillows, can you get through to someone to get them changed - No you cant
When I initially ordered, I was told it would be an 8 week delivery period. That’s fine as I knew to expect it. Two days before my delivery was due, I was contacted and told my mattress would not be delivered with no idea of when it would be available. However, the bed frame was arriving as planned. On the day of delivery, I received a message to say it was out for delivery. I moved my old mattress into a different room to make space for the delivery team.
