Peter was quick to assist but also once he had given us the information he deemed relevant he was happy to let us search at our own discretion. He was always on hand to answer questions no matter how simple or complicated. He was never pushy towards anything and was clearly more concerned with us getting the right mattress than getting the highest money out of us which as a customer instantly makes me want to shop here for any further related purchases. The Salesman was not very friendly or happy to be honest. Also said it was only take 40 minutes to place the order for the bed and it was closer to 2 hours. The delivery for the bed was then delayed by 1 month and we were promised compensation which did not happen. The deliverymen were lovely. Once the bed arrived, we assembled it. The legs on the bottom didn't go onto each part and the legs themselves are very fragile and are already bending. It's been one night sleeping on the bed.
