I was told in the shop at time of purchase that the delivery people would put the item in the room we required. It was left in the hall - they told my wife they couldn't come further in because of Covid. I bet that doesn't happen when they go to a pub or restaurant. 2 pensioners were left with a number of very heavy items to move upstairs. I sincerely wish I had never stepped through the door at Bensons and will never again do so. You have to give it at least a 1 star rating to be able to post a review.
Assistant was extremely helpful, giving excellent information on headboards available
The sales team were fantastic
