I had a wonderful buying experience. Everyone was very nice and patient. I think what meant the most to me is that I wasn't treated any differently because of my price range. The showroom was beautiful and the owners are right there, no doors on offices, right there on the floor. Made me feel right at home, and lots of hugs.
I have dealt with Benson Lincoln for over 17 years and have never been disappointed. They are like one big happy family! I would highly recommend them to anyone.

They are prompt & usually on schedule, we had the Takata air bag replaced for the front passenger side & the mechanic diid a safety check & spotted both front springs were broken near the top and bottom on our 2010 Mercury Milan Hybrid.
