RecommendedQuick lube - always professional, high degree of confidence in their technical staff. I use quite a bit and never had a problem.
I took my 2012 MKZ there for the airbag recall, and for other issues that needed addressed. I received a 'loaner', a 2018 MKZ Reserve. The mechanics were able to diagnose the problem, and finish the work that afternoon, lower than the quote I was given. I have also purchased vehicles from Benson, and I highly recommend them. My only regret was that I did not have longer to enjoy the loaner!!

My husband was driving 2 hours to buy a Yukon that Benson Lincoln had on their lot. An employee called him when he was not far from arriving and proceeded to tell him that the vehicle had been sold and that it had happened about 20 minutes previously. Why would you let someone drive 2 hours knowing they were coming to buy a vehicle and then sell it out from under them.
