great service and personnel pleasant
I recently purchased a used car. Within 100 miles I started getting service lights. At 150 miles the car really started acting up. I was going to NC and when I got to my destination, the car broke down. I was able to find a dealership to fix it, but I was still stranded in NC for 5 days. The problem was something that should have been caught when it was inspected. It cost me over $1000 and I have not heard back from anyone. I am very disappointed!
I’m physically handicapped and so much appreciate the pick up service offered by Benson. Dave is a nice and courteous guy. Mark Sleklar is so very helpful all the time and a pleasure to work with. I’m so thankful I bought my Lincoln at Benson.
They provide convenient hassle-free service! Service Manager Mark is very polite and accommodating. (October 2019) And I still recommend Benson service following recent service. A loaner similar to my own car, everything completed and my car clean upon my return! Mark is so calm and nice. It is the most pleasant car maintenance I have ever experienced- excellent! Bought my second MKZ from Benson cause a deer totaled my first one. My second experience was just as good as my first. Dan was helpful with the sale and of course Tracy In finance is always a pleasure and did everything to make sure i got everything i needed. Benson is my place to go when it comes to Lincoln.
