While reception staff are very helpful, as an older couple trying to navigate getting repeat prescriptions through the website or the NHS App has proved very challenging!
I am very pleased with this surgery . There is no one instance that I needed to see / call a doctor on the same day that I have not been helped by the team . Great staff at reception and good , willing to help personal . Good team of doctors. Always helped with my issues. Good care for children as well. Thank you Benfield surgery .
My experience with this GP has been atrocious in the recent years and I've been at this surgery since I was born, and recently I've been gaslit, not offered the correct help and had to go privately for scans instead, you are judged which lends a hand in them not treating you properly along with snide remarks, there is 1 doctor inparticular who has absolutely 0 empathy what so ever and that is Dr. C Williams I would avoid seeing this man if you have the choice. I have received excellent care from the doctors and nurses at Bennfield Surgery. Courtesy and kindness were very reassuring. As an eighty year old I couldn't wish for better care . Thank you to all who work there . Avril Lydiate.
Possibly the worst surgery you could ever go to, if you’re young and under the age of 50 they don’t care about you whatsoever. The staff on the phone are incredibly rude and will cut you off when you’re speaking, 0 respect for patients. The doctors don’t care about you either, what happened to being passionate about medicine and helping people? The doctors here just care about getting you in and out the door as quick as possible they won’t even listen to you most of the time, truly disgusting behaviour.
