My kitchen sink drain was plugged solid when I returned from a 2 week vacation. I called and was told that no one was available until the next morning, but when Dusty S. finished another job early, Kim B. called me to see if I was available right away. Dusty came over and snaked the drain for 25 feet, but as soon as he pulled the snake back out, the drain closed up again. He checked the pipes and said they looked in good condition, so rather than replacing them, he suggested we jet wash them out to the main. The next morning... read more
The plumbers tackled a difficult job and got it done well and quickly at a reasonable price. Pedro does good work and Nick coordinated it well. What more do you want from a plumbing repair job.

Skyler was very friendly and was knowledgeable. He did a great job with removing and installing my new kitchen faucet. He arrived within the time frame inspected. I did feel like there was high pressure to buy and join the Home Protection Club but Skyler was very patient and gave me time to make my decision. My main complaint is that I feel like I was mislead by the phone technician when I made the appointment. I had understood that I would be given a quote and then could decide if I wanted to proceed with the repair. I was ... read more
Very professional and very accomadating in responding to a difficult installation.
This is the second job this company has done for us, but by far the bigger one, and the first time Jared has done the job. He and his "number one man," Jonathan, did exceptional work. Jared was painstaking, patient, thorough, and just exceptionally nice to deal with. He explained everything fully, did exactly what he said he'd do, made sure everything was working correctly, and left the area completely clean. A terrific job, and we couldn't be more satisfied. We'll definitely use this company again, and Jared if we can.
