We were very happy with the service provided by Jared H. He was informative, professional, fixed our problems and saved us money. We will continue to call Benjamin Franklin Plumbing whenever we need their services. It's good to know they are there.

Having to spend $9,000 for a plumbing/irrigation issue is not a fun experience. I called Ben Franklin Plumbing because I wanted a company that could give a guarantee. When I got the estimate for the work, I was in a state of shock. It was entirely too much money for what the work ultimately entailed. We very much appreciated the professional service. Nick M. sat down with us and carefully explained our options without using a traditional "sales pitch." The company was able to start the next day. They obtained the work permit for us and insisted that the city inspect the final product. Nick came at the end and just as he said, we didn't pay anything until we were satisfied with the work done. We are very pleased and will recommend this company to others. Thank you Benjamin Franklin Plumbing!!!

While it took almost a week to resolve the Tankless Heater problem, Kurt was very dedicated and persistent, after replacing 3-4 parts, thought it was back to working on 7/21, but that evening I called, spoke to Adam, he contacted Kim,Dan, and Kurt. Adams then called advising Kurt would install a new Tank, which he did yesterday and we're grateful in having a normal hot water back up !!!

Dusty S. the serviceman was very pleasant and made adjustments to the problem of a loose sewer cap. I was even more pleasantly surprised when he said there was no $59 service charge or other charges because I am still under warranty for the sewer replacement made a few years ago. That was contrary to what I was told on the phone when I made the appointment. I'm giving 4 stars because of the information discrepancy.
