Nick was very helpful and informative. He exemplified the "spirit of the season". He resolved the problem promptly and efficiently, provided an explanation of the cause and suggestions for future prevention. He discussed alternatives in an apparent objective manner. He was all that you would hope for in a knowledgeable professional.

My needs were very limited. Jonathan was punctual, knowledgeable, and very capable. In addition to flushing our water heater's tank, he inspected all the other plumbing functions and connections. Finally, he installed a new outside faucet which had been leaking.
The visist was drain and flush the water heater. Ray was very courteous and wore shoe socks to keep the floor clean. When he brought in the hose, he even wiped his flexible hose down before bringing in. We had a warranty issue with Rheem and advised me on what to do.
From customer service reps to Cree, the plumber magician, I totally recommend Ben Franklin Plumbers. I used two other plumbing companies who were unsuccessful (and highly overpriced) to find my plumbing problem. Cree fixed the problem within one hour.
On time, do a great job, responsible for their work.

Pedro is fantastic. Very thorough in his inspection, pleasant and courteous, and generally a pleasure. He needed access to a crawl space so I had to clear out a closet so he could open a hatch in floor. After, he offered to help me get everything back into the closet. Definitely not within his job description :) Very nice guy!
Service rep's are clean, curious and informative ... though second trip required to complete purge of tankless water heater ... and the quoted pricing for "work needed" after inspections would choke a horse, especially considering what we've already spent on power panel, sewer line, tankless water heater and home heating systems. We'd move if we had that much cash again. Thanks. TVV Jr
