Todd Snider did an outstanding job for us. It started out as a simple water heater installation, but many unexpected difficulties arose (due to change in heater size, previous set up and faulty ventilation by another company) and he had great solutions to each. He made sure the system was working and safe on the day before leaving, then came back the next working day to completely re-do the venting system. Skyler L from Benjamin Franklin Plumbing was exceptionally friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and considerate. He did the yearly inspection and fixed a couple of minor problems as well as testing my water for chlorine. He explained that the chlorine was affecting my plumbing and made suggestions about improvements without any pressure selling, graciously accepting my decision to think about his suggestions. He and the company seem to be extremely high class.
Very good and on time for inspection. We needed a new hot water heater and they did a good, neat job. However, the owner should ask more questions about the 12 year contract; so they are clear about what they are buying.
