Dr Amis did surgery on my arm. He is attentive, caring, knowledgeable.

Dr Amis is definitely the absolute very best and at the highest plateau of his profession and field. I would not even consider using any other hand-surgeon/specialist.

Dr AMIS is a great doctor . Skilled, a great communicator and discusses all options for treatment. I highly recommend him.
Dr. Amis performed a new procedure on my thumb. He used a “slingshot”, a tiny piece of metal to connect (I think) my thumb and index finger. He did not have to take tendon from my forearm. Dr. Amis also gave me a 3 day nerve block following surgery. He has a small office and his care is personal and patient. I was referred to Dr. Amis buy an anesthesiologist who works with many doctors which I think is a strong referral.
Got in within 5 min. Very efficient, clean office.
Dr. Amis took the time to thoroughly and clearly explain my problem, and the options for treatment. I felt truly seen, not rushed through like I did with a previous hand surgeon. His calm and open demeanor were most helpful when I had to endure a steroid shot. I recommend him wholeheartedly!
Dr. Amis took time to listen to me describing my injury, reviewing my X-ray with me and presenting me with four treatment options. He explained why the one he was recommending would Immediately address the injury and result in faster healing time. It’s the second day after treatment and I’m already seeing very good results.
