I was a patient for about a year. Yes, I rescheduled appointments, but never a no-show. I was running late for appointment, called and asked receptionist should I arrive late or reschedule. Dr. Torres immediately "discharged me as a patient". I asked could I least have my meds refilled til I found a new physician. He declined my request, leaving me without medication. it totally was a vindictive act and unethical to leave a patient intreated. i would never recomment him.
Does not disclose patient cost. I specifically asked how much a shot would cost and he told me not to worry about it. Then I got the bill in the mail. There was also “free” Botox for migraines. I asked how much it was going to cost me. I was told the Botox was free. Then I got the bill in the mail for him administering the Botox. So technically, he wasn’t lying. I’m on a budget and I need to know how much stuff is going to cost! I don’t mind paying for your product or service but don’t be shady!
Dr Torres is an outstanding doctor. He spends whatever time is needed with you. He is very knowledgable. He goes the extra mile to make sure that his patients are afforded the highest level of care. I highly recommend Dr. Torres.
