It is like in any GP SURGERY, you hve to find a dr that understands you and that is willing to give you the time of day to talk about yr problem(s). Then you ask for the doctor whom you trust and who will do the best for you. The rest is easy, but it takes time and you hve to insist to see the dr that knows you best. Personalities don’t always see eye to eye. So that is why I gave a 5 star rating. The patient has to work until they find the right dr. Honestly, the people who work in reception in this place is unbelievable. Customer service is so poor, the way they communicate is poor, unbelievable.
Tired, reception desk is not disabled friendly can't see over blank board used as a screen, exam couches do not go up or down to facilitate disabled people
Thy have helped my fiance with his mental health 🙏 ❤️
