Such a great surgery. Receptionist was really friendly. Nursing team was caring and friendly. Dr Gill was great, very professional. He made me feel relaxed and comfortable during the vasectomy procedure. I fully 110% recommend this surgery. Thank you
Dr Gill advised me to use google instead of being offering a prescription and support. Upon using google the advice is to seek professional advice from a GP. I do not recommend this GP practice.
This is, quite simply, an exceptional GP surgery. At the front of house, all of the receptionists are consistently friendly and helpful. The doctors — Dr. Komal, Dr. Derwent, and Dr. Gill Snr — are caring, considerate, and empathetic, always willing to go the extra mile to resolve any health concerns. The usual top notch service, has to be the best GP practice in Essex
I was referred to The Benfleet surgery from my own surgery in Leigh for a lipoma removal. I was contacted quickly for a pre op. The receptionist was very kind and helpful. When I went to have my stitches removed my nurse could not believe how easy she could remove them and how tidy the scare is. I had it removed by Doctor Gill and his nurse, the treatment was painless, quick and I was really put at complete ease from the moment I arrived.
