The worst. Not even sure if they are in business any longer. I have called 3 times a day for 6 days. Left 5 messages and no call back. I need an extraction and this is probably a sign from above that I do not want them touching my teeth. BEWARE

I waited 2 and a half weeks for a first cleaning appointment on 11/12/21 at the 144 Boston Avenue Bridgeport, Ct location. I approved the appointment via text, got auto texts everyday reminding me of the appointment up to and on the date itself. Took a day off of work for the appointment arrived at the dentist early to find out my appointment was canceled and the receptionist had the gall to lie to me that "someone" had called me to confirm the cancelation @ 7:44 am, never received a call nor is one logged into my phone. but... read more

My son and I arrived at 9:40am for his 10am appointment for a filling. We were the only ones in the waiting room. About 10 minutes later, other families started to arrive. They were ALL waited on ahead of us. My son has ADHD, Anxiety, and a sleep of other medical conditions that keeps him from being able to sit for long periods of time. At 10:40 they put us back in the office. At 11:20 we finally walked out. My 2 children had appointments schedule for 07/22 at the Rock Hill, SC location. When we arrived we were informed our appointments had been canceled due to there not being a dental hygentist.The front desk receptionist state someone should have called to inform me the appt was canceled. I informed her I never received a call or email but I did received an email requesting me to confirm my appt time and date. Will not be coming back... They schedule so many appointments just to tell you what my child's teeth need work done. We have jobs to go to, I schedule my kids together so they can all be done altogether and I won't miss to much work. But why do I have to come back 5 more times the same month for different things needing to be done on my child why not all at once. I've went back 2 times and they have not done any work on my kids except for xrays and show me my child's teeth on what needs done. My children have medicaid and of... read more

Never step foot in this place. The staff is rude & they overbook themselves. Then mistreat new clients. They don't have a sign outside that says "Kool Smiles" so no one will ever know that it was renamed. It's a coverup for their horrible customer service.

They made my daughters braces a horrible experience, the technician allowed my ex to use instruments and put her hands on her braces, I took pics and the next time when I wanted him out of the room, even showed them what he did in regards to trying to be her dentist, and ultimately I got kicked out of the room too, I was told to leave as they took off her braces and instructed a 11 year old how to properly take care of a retainer. Brockton MA location, where to begin? They've cancelled appointments after I drove 40 mins to get there. Told me my children needed crowns when no 2 year old needs crowns! Told me I needed a crown or extraction and when I went to get it done at another office the woman told me all I needed was a filling (which I got someplace else) and for my older daughter, she has braces, appts are every 3 months and they constantly break!!! I don't even know where to start honestly. Once this place became Ruby Dental instead of Kool Smiles, everything went downhill. 1. This office has cancelled on me so many times without notice to the point that my kids went an entire year without a cleaning. 2. My oldest son had 2 unnecessary crowns that luckily were on baby teeth and no permanent damage was caused. Our current dentist was astounded by all the work my kids had done at such a young age. 3.
