I went to the Tyler, TX. location. I have waited and waited and waited for my partials. 4 months now!!! The first set didn't fit. They came down over my teeth instead of fitting flush with my gums. I have now waited 2 months for my new set. I have called spoke with the office manager no new news on it. I have spoke with the dentist, the lab broke my new impression they're going to use my old one. Wait? What? My old ones didn't fit. Why would we use that old impression? Do Not go to this Ruby Dental of Lexington, 1301 Winchester Rd, Lexington, KY 2nd straight appointment that they scheduled for my son on a saturday, This last one was scheduled for today Sept. 14 2019 at 9:30am they cancelled on me, the other was scheduled in August 2019 on a Saturday which they also cancelled. Today I had an appointment for 10:00AM, came in early at 9:20AM to fill out paperwork and because I wanted to be called at 10:00AM figuring it would be a smooth process, so I sat there and waited until 10:45AM to be called and when I stood up to go to the person calling me the first woman says "nevermind, you got someone ahead of you", I said "okay, no problem." sat back down, waited until 11:00AM to be called again, this time by a guy, who does the same exact thing "oh nevermind, you have two people in front of you." My son and I arrived twenty min early as requested to fill out paperwork for his first visit in November 2017. I was not called upon until my appointment time by the receptionist to fill out the paperwork. Once completed, I handed it in and was told to wait in the waiting room. We waited for a total of an hour and a half to then be shuttled into a room with multiple dental chairs, all of which were full of children. First they told me my 9 month old should no longer be nursing. He didn't have a single cavity. The room was open floor, too close to the next patient. The room was not sanitized from one patient to the other. It was so gross. Staff was extremely rude and giving out false information. Not gentle at al when it comes to the children. Overall I was disappointed with the care, customer service and general atmosphere. Will not go back! Will not recommend!
