At the ********* dental office in *****, I was given a quote on 8 January then when I asked questions on 22 January after having my 19 January appointment canceled, the dentist didn't put in the 6 month procedures in my price quote which would have cost me $500-$1000 more. We got it changed and I was able to get a new quote and an appointment for impressions on 31 January at 4pm. If it would allow me to give no stars I would. Had an appointment for a Friday and it was canceled and moved to a Saturday, which was ok no complaints. Went to the app on Saturday with some moderate pain and they were nice and scheduled for the rest of my procedures for the following week. I called because of being in extreme pain and got an appointment same day, but then I get a call that they messed up and meant to refer me out to another place to do root canals etc. why didnt they say this at the initial appointment! We had 4 appointments since June 2023 and they have ALL been cancelled by the practice. The office is closed, no hygienist, no dentist and no staffing. We get confirmations and we confirm and the day before the appointment get a text cancellation. We make plans to go and then *******, ** office cancels. No one answers the number listed to call. I had my 6mos checkup yesterday and since the ************** location closed, we automatically thought that we needed to go to *******. We enter the office to two ladies who are yelling at each other behind the counter and not paying attention to anything. Finally we get checked in and did paper work but we waited FOREVER to be called back, after we go back to get x-rays, the girl that did them got a little attitude with me! i cannot believe that she did. If I could give a 0 star rating I definitely would. I had 6 teeth removed on a Saturday morning, by an oral surgeon. First he sent the prescriptions to the WRONG pharmacy. When I finally got that taken care of, I discovered that I was given: an antibiotic a steroid for inflammation and pain (that can only be taken in the morning) a mouth wash and EXTRA STRENGTH TYLENOL ***** MG every 8 hours. They had me and my 6 yr old son waiting for 2 hours and still no service was done . I told the front desk lady I was leaving and ** trying to transfer him to a new location honestly . They are ratchet and bums . They laugh and play around . Its one main doctor who walked back and forth prancing and singing the music that had all loud . My kids have been apart of this Dentisry for over a decade and I am very disappointed with what has transpired our last visit. First off our appointments were rescheduled 3 times, when I went in the second time the assistant at the front desk told me she didnt see any appointments for my kids and that the online portal doesnt work for appointments so they wouldnt get our appointment confirmations.
