I live too far from town to attend my letting property, so have given it over to Benefactors on a full management basis. They have proved reliable, friendly and cost effective. I çontinue to use them and would recommend confidently.

Tenant Review - I would highly recommend Benefactors to any tenant. The service they have provided to me has been first class. They respond to queries really quickly and make you feel they are working for you, not just their client, the landlord. Although very professional, they are approachable and helpful. I have had help with a couple of small repairs in the property I previously rented and this was carried out quickly and with no fuss or disruption. I really cannot fault James and his team.
