One of their drivers crashed into my car jumping a traffic que and was rude and inconsiderate. Had 2 children and the family dog in the car he showed no interest in their well being. Have since contacted the (boss) with no joy. If this is how they conduct themselves on the road and dealing with people then I would definitely think twice about contracting them for (professional) services.

These cowboys came to work at my apartment block. They left a wonderful mess and also stored metal pipes behind my car. Now my car has a dent that wasn't there before, but of course Beneck's are denying any fault or taking any responsibility for the damage. Oh, and the estimate to repair the damage is almost £200.00 ! I'll be keeping a close eye on their workers if they return to finish the work, but I certainly wouldn't hire them personally. I would not recommend Beneck Preservations to anyone who needs damp proofing or plastering work done. They are unprofessional, dishonest, and incompetent. I hired them in 2021 to treat and repair the dampness and mould on my wall and chimney breast. They did a poor job, left most of the wall untreated and damaged, and charged me for work they didn't do. I had to call them back several times to fix their mistakes, but they only made things worse. They tried to cover up the problem with paint and other cheap solutions, but the... read more

Extremely poor service. I had Benecks come out to do a damp survey on my property and they recommended work for £1200 to be done. I was given a date for the work to be carried out six weeks in advance. I called Benecks two days before to confirm a time and was told the workmen would arrived between 8:30am and 9am. At 9:30am the men still hadn’t arrived so I phoned the office to be told that they couldn’t come today due to being delayed on a job and it would have to be tomorrow.
