Same day service. Aaron and Ken were professional, friendly, considerate and instructive as they replaced my heater unit. So comforting to have these men do the work in my home and on the roof on a very rainy day.

Aaron is a wonderful representative for Benchmark, He is polite, knowledgeable, dependable with all the qualities you hope all your employees have. I returned home after 5:30pm on a Typical Bakersfield triple digit day to find my a/c not working & my house at 86 degrees. Knowing that all repair businesses were typically closed, unless you want to pay for emergency services, I went ahead & called my service provider- Benchmark and left a message that I needed someone ASAP, as the next days temperature was predicted to be 107. My air conditioner went out right as the scorching Bakersfield heat let loose. They were out at my house and got a new system installed right away. I can't say enough about how friendly and knowledgeable the staff is!! Top it off I had some issues on a Saturday morning outside of their normal business hours, and guess what?!?! They called me back and had a tech at my house right away. Definitely impressed by the customer service this company offers!!! Will definitely recommend to everyone I know.
