My first time using Benchmark. They were able to come out the same day and diagnose the problem. Unfortunately we had to wait a day for the part to come in, but my tech Aaron communicated very well and took extra time to show me the old part and the new part. I would hire them again.
Have used Benchmark Air Conditioning for a number of years and they always provide excellent service. My wife and I highly recommend this company.
Always through, techs are very knowledgeable and explain all the work they perform. Been using Benchmark for 6 years now. My 20 year old A/C unit finally quit, unfortunatlly. They set me up with a very effient and affordable unit. They were in and out in about 5 hours. Works great and so much more effient than the original unit from when we bought the house, new consruction, in 2001. (Coleman). Looking at close to a 30% energy savings.

Excellent Service! We were told by another company that we needed a new evap coil ($1500 fix) due to a leak so we called Benchmark for a second opinion. I appreciated how the technician (Ken) came out and explained what he was going to do and what he would recommend. The tech conducted a full inspection our system and didn't notice a leak at the moment. He stated that he checked our condensate drain and there was no evidence of a coil leak in the condensate pan/drain. The tech recommended a summer service and if we have any ... read more
Aaron was very friendly, communicated very well and was quick to respond. We will definitely use Benchmark again.
Aaron, the service technician arrived within 45 minutes of placing the call for the furnace failing to ignite. He was very professional and friendly; it took him about 10 minutes to diagnose the problem. Aaron replaced the defective igniter and had the unit operational within about 15 minutes. He then agreed to perform the, as of the time, not previously scheduled Spring check up of the two systems on the property. We couldn't have asked for better service
It’s always a very professional experience when we deal with Benchmark. From scheduling two houses with Nicole to working with Aaron the technician. He explains things very clearly in lay terms. We are set for the summer, bring on the warmer weather. We are thankful Benchmark is on our team. Highly recommended.
Benchmark did a great job of taking care of our needs and kept us informed as to when the technician would be on location as well as a photo of who would be meeting with. They were on time and solved our challenge immediately. I would recommend Benchmark to anyone needing heating or cooling service.
