Excellent Service! Receptionist was very friendly when she took my call in the morning. A technician was at my house by early afternoon the same day. Ken was very polite, knowledgeable and professional. He did a complete inspection and fixed the problem with my heater. Very impressed and plan to use this company all my heating and air conditioning needs.

Professional friendly service. We were promptly given a visit and quote from Mike the day we called. Daryl C. and team were prompt, thorough and the work was neatly done. Very good about explaining and answering questions. We are happy with the unit and the way it was installed. Highly recommend.
As usual, Benchmark came through again. They are always outstanding no matter what they do. We honestly will not use any other company for our heating/cooling needs. The way they treat the elderly is also fantastic. I have to say that every employee that I have dealt with including office staff are wonderful! The pride they have shows through. You can count on them to be honest and that's saying a lot in this day and age. Thank you again Benchmark, see you in the fall for our seasonal service!

I have used Benchmark two times. One a summer job and another one a winter job. Both extreme repairs. I have dealt with several other companies in our area and none can compare to Benchmark.
