Super place to stay- the history and character, the breakfast, the comfort, the views ... close to everything... we've stayed there twice and will again.
The front end staff were incredible when there was a mix up with our booking, but then management stepped in and ruined our vacation over a whopping $12 screw up! I have never been miss treated so badly in my life and spoken too so rudely! The customer service was the worst I have encountered in any buisness ever!!!! Don't stay here if you want to be treated like crap, not from the common help but from there boss' can't understand how the place can be so full of history and survive this long just to let people like that ruin... read more
The garden jacuzzi tub is better than the public hot tub. Excellent breakfast. Don't mind the ghosts ;-)
