We stayed for the first time last night. We couldn't have been more impressed with the history of this place! From the marble floors, to the chandeliers, this hotel was amazing. We will definitely be staying there again!
I was in room 707 and nothing worked the microwave was broken and when I called front desk they said there was nothing they could do! When I asked for more pillows I had to go get them myself the lamps didn't work was not happy with my stay!
Staying in 707 tonight. The microwave doesn't work. The lamp doesn't work. Was told to go to the lobby to warm my food. I stayed last year for my wedding and the tv didn't work. Was told that nobody was here to fix it. Go to the Hilton. Terrible service. I even carried three stacks of Sunday papers in for them. Take your money elsewhere.
Staff is amazing! Hot coffee and munchies available 24/7. Breakfast was incredible. Bed was crazy comfy! Loved every minute of our stay.
Love this historic building! This is my second time here. Such beautiful architecture and design. Love the hot, breakfast buffet. It's one of the better complimentary ones. Real restaurant quality unlike some other free hotel breakfasts. The rooms are always clean, comfy, and very spacious with a living room and bar area. Love the bathtub with water jets. So relaxing after using their fitness room. I'll be back in the fall!
This hotel is quite comfortable. The suite has two rooms with a nice sitting room area and a comfortable bedroom area with two very comfortable beds. The coffee in the suite is great. The wifi is a little wonky but worked 90% of the time. Nice bathroom and a fridge
Very friendly and professional management and staff. With all the cookie cutter hotels out there this was a nice change. The property has so much personality. Would highly recommend!
Love this place! This property is has amazing historical value. I loved staying here. You can't go wrong. The layout of the room is great. Comfy beds and outstanding amenities. Loved the breakfast too. It's so fresh. I'm definitely coming back when I'm in Salt Lake City next year!
