Muy bonito elegante confortable
Very cute historic hotel. Spacious suites and wonderful staff! I am anxious to see it when the renovations are completed. We will definitely be coming back.
Checked in late, the lady behind the desk was super nice which made grabbing a room so easy. This hotel is beautiful throughout, big lofty rooms with fancy turn of the century decorations. Located right downtown close to shopping and restaurants. Hope I come through Salt Lake soon so I can stay again.
Nice, clean rooms. Gorgeous lobby with beautiful architecture. Love their hot breakfast. I stayed there many times and we'll be back.
Peaceful night sleep in a clean comfy room. Will stay again.
The TV in the front room didn't work, bedroom phone didn't work, maids came in even when do not disturb was posted. When problems reported nothing done. One of the worst in regards to service. Seeing the complaints now room 707 (the one we were in) has been an issue for a while.
This weekend overnight stay was great! Had a awesome view of the city and I would highly recommend the honeymoon suit!
