I contacted Ben for help restoring hot water to our shower- he was exceptionally helpful from the get go- he replied in minutes, guided me through the potential problem, helped me identify and order any parts I’d need in advance of him coming round, arrived exactly when advised and within an hour of him attending we had hot water back in our shower.
