I used to come to Ben Health & Beauty because I always had amazing results from their massages and acupuncture. After being diagnosed with PCOS, I decided to look at Traditional Chinese Medicine first before going down the Western route. Beware, these are con artists who illegally increase charges after your treatment. You’ll find the advertising board, pricing leaflet and website all clearly state (as of 8th May 2024) that a 30 minute massage is £35. When you leave you’ll likely be informed that the price “just went up” and pressured into paying £40 or more. To be clear, this business is welcome to charge whatever they like for massages IF they advertise it accurately in advance. Then it is for the customer to decide.
