Our experience renting through Belvoir Welwyn was extremely disappointing and stressful. When we moved in, the property was not cleaned to an acceptable standard — including what appeared to be faeces left on the toilet seat. When we raised concerns, we were told it had been professionally cleaned, but we were never provided with any proof, and the matter was quickly dismissed. Throughout the tenancy, we felt unsupported.
