Had such a smooth time selling our house through Belvoir. John and the team were super helpful and personable and made the process very straightforward. We ended up completing in record time with a sale price we were really happy with. Would highly recommend Belvoir to anyone selling in the Hitchin area, they made the process a breeze!
Great experience with Belvoir and John who made the process really simple
I previously considered Belvoir to be a good estate agent. However, in recent years they have shown poor communication and inflexibility to my tenants. Additionally, they have failed to rectify issues with my property as managing agents. Rather than working on improving themselves, Belvoir have resorted to threatening deduction of a month's rent for not continuing with their services after the end of tenancy. Really disgraceful behaviour.
Worst estate agency in Hitchin. Arranged a viewing, received text and email confirmation of this, tried to book in another viewing on the same day but told the original viewing doesn't exist. ?? They just rearranged my viewing at a completely different time and date without ANY communication whatsoever, to say this is inconvenient is an understatement, so I cancelled the viewing.
