The whole experience I had with Dawn and Harriet was one of superb friendliness and efficiency! They helped me land a brilliant flat in St.Pauls City Lofts and were attentive throughout, resulting in the whole process only taking a few days from initial enquiry to keys in my hand! I am looking forward to my future with Dawn as my property manager!
Recently had to move at short notice, however Isaac was very helpful and everything got sorted nice and promptly with minimal delays, allowing me to find a new place and move in less than 2 weeks.
The staff at Belvoir are very good and responsive. Harriet was very helpful during a recent tenancy transfer. Overall Belvoir is very professional and compliant with all legal standards but costs, e.g. those associated with transfers, can mount up.
Dawn, our property manager, has been very nice and supportive. She always helps me out with any assistance I need and makes everything much easier to deal with. Really appreciate her professionalism and kindness. thanks, Hsu

You’ve worked tirelessly to make this happen at speed and supported us through the process.
