I moved into a Belvoir rental property in Dec 2023 and since that time they have been absolutely amazing. They were very efficient with the onboarding paperwork and it was all sorted within a very short space of time which for me was ideal as I wanted to move quickly. We sold our house through Belvoir and have been very impressed by the friendly and professional service throughout the process. The communication has been excellent, with Barry keeping all parties informed as to progress and next steps. Unfortunately, out initial sale fell through due to events at the start of the chain and independent of our house sale. I am not surprised by this response after what I have encountered. Your review stated you have responded in this manner to other clients as well. You are just being manipulative. What I have encountered yesterday was absolute shocking behaviour from the male member of staff who have no idea what customer service is. I have treated all member of your team respectfully while trying to convey my reasonings. You tried to blame the issue of mould on me, when it was reported to you multiple times.
