Rosie and her team have been a pleasure to deal with since our first meeting and now with the ongoing management of my rental property. They communicate well and treat my property like their own, which gives me great comfort in knowing it will be well looked after. Many thanks to Rosie, Karen, and the rest of the team at Belvoir Lettings Rugby. From the beginning, they were very kind and helpful. They gave us a smooth viewing process, transparent paperwork, and were always available for any questions we had. The inventory report for our property was very detailed, and they offered us advice on setting up utilities. They couldn't have been more accommodating towards us.
Staff are not the best, rude, poor manners and lack of respect, not very keen in helping you as we found out, avoid if possible!!!
Belvoir Lettings Rugby have managed a property in Rugby for me for more than fifteen years. They have negotiated several lettings over that time and I have been extremely satisfied with the service I have received. They are very easy and pleasant to deal with and respond immediately to any queries. Repairs and maintenance are dealt with quickly and at a reasonable cost.
