Nicola Gill provided us with great service when we were looking for a rental property. We greatly appreciated her help and the service provided. With a pleasant and helpful personality.
Their house always leaks. I called them, but the agent said they couldn't reach the tenant. Then my entire house got soaked. The floor was all ruined. I demanded compensation and assistance. The agent said it was none of my business. You should get your own insurance. Her attitude was extremely bad. The woman who answered the phone used a particularly offensive tone to reply to me.
Anybody that has been moved over from Edzell property when Belvoir took over check your deposit status as they said we never paid deposit which is absurd to say the least .in this day in age when did anybody get a rental without deposit. We are taking this further as we have proof of deposits (including pet deposit)I'm very dissatisfied with Belvoir 's lack of moral code or at the very least incompetence!no stars !!!!!
Belvoir Paisley, specifically Nicola and her team have managed my properties for about 2 years. From literally the first month, i've been impressed by her professionalism and more importantly the timely and caring way Nicola and her team deal with any issues.
