I have recently placed 2 properties with Belvoir Ashton and the service I have received from Jo and her colleague Laura has been fantastic. Jo has a wealth of experience and with her friendly and professional approach I know my properties are in safe hands I would not hesitate to recommend Belvoir Ashton to other Landlords
Shocking to deal with, saying that they don’t answer enquiries, calls or show up to bookings! If I was a seller I’d be very concerned trusting them to sell or let my property! Potential cash buyer lost on two properties.
Never dealt with Belvoire Ashton before and the issue is that it looks like I can't. Perhaps they have closed down? Having never spoken to them before, I called for two days straight on the advertised number, with the line ringing out and no answer. So we was interested in 2 Apartments on Waters reach Bottom Mossley and have been emailing them for 2 weeks with no reply, kept chasing and eventually got a reply to view them both together at the same time at 16.00pm on Monday evening. We arrived and nobody shows up, we hung around for 30mins give them the benefit of the doubt to NO Show. Great Service provided by the Staff at Belvoir. My property was let within a couple of weeks. Professional and helpful always. Would definitely recommend Belvoir Ashton-under-Lyne.
