I had a 1 year experience with Belville and could have not been better. Considering that all agencies I used before clearly just wanted 'dirty profit' in any way they could, mainly taking from the original deposit, the experience with an honest agency was totally new. Not only were they always available when something did not go well, as they were completely human while rational along all negotiations.

I cannot think of a better Agent than Belville. They are reliable, super friendly, helpful and honest people. It has been the best letting agent we have dealt with so far.
My wife and I rented a flat in Ealing from Belville for about five years, and I highly recommend them. They were very prompt with repairs/maintenance and were very fair with the move-in, move-out, security deposit, etc. I would definitely be happy to rent through them again, and would encourage others to so also. I rented a flat with Belville for the last year - everything went smoothly, from move-in to check-out. I didn't have to reach out about much during the tenancy, but when I did they were really responsive and had things sorted out straight away. Really friendly, professional group of guys, and the best estate agent I've rented with in London.
