As a buyer, my initial views of this agency were amazing. We dealt with Emma and Dawn who really went the extra mile to secure a sale on a property. Unfortunately, things didn’t go to plan because the initial marketing information wasn’t fully clear, and numerous legal issues arose during the sale in respect of access, parking and rights of way, which should have been much clearer before we committed to a purchase.
