This agency provides some of the poorest standards of care compared to others. For the most part, staff – including management – do not seem to approach this work for the right reasons, such as genuinely caring for the people they support, improving quality of life, or even meeting the most basic needs. Very good and carer service could not fault auy thing has very good and carers and under standing need
'Care' is a misnomer. My Dad passed away last Monday after a very long stretch and we haven't heard as much as a 'sorry for your loss' from them. Nothing. We wouldn't recommend them to anyone. They seem to be in it just to make money from the public coffers. edit: The response below makes very little sense. They know as well as I do that they only reached out after I posted this review. Outstanding ongoing care being given to my 92year old mum who has Vascular Dementia. Regular girls are Happy, Nipa,Jasneet & Mahi, (apologies if I have missed anyone.) We cannot praise these wonderful girls highly enough. Well done Beloved Homecare; your staff are amazing.
