What lovely doctors, I saw a trainee doctor who was fab, I don't remember her name but she was so sweet, she didn't rush me and made me feel so comfortable, what a sweetheart she was, then saw the Dr and can't fault her either, really really kind and thoughtful and helpful, nothing was too much for them xx
I have always found Bellevue Surgery to be efficient and helpful. I have been able to get home visits for me and my husband when needed, referrals to other health care when neccessary and the call back feature when you ring is much better than being on hold for ages. Staff are all lovely and everything is spotless. As they have a very large patient list it can occasionally be a little difficult to get an appointment but if you really need to see someone they will do their utmost to see you
On 2nd December 2024, I telephoned the surgery after 2pm to establish whether I could make an appointment to talk to a GP about my insomnia. I was given two choices a) make an appointment for January 2025 or call the surgery tomorrow before 11am What a first class service!
DONT GROW OLD. I had to telephone the surgery to ask for cream that was beyond its use by date. I use Eumovate Eczema & Dermatitis 0.05% Cream - 15g for LIFE-LONG eczema. Not for the first time I was told that I had to make an appointment to speak to a GP and to telephone as close to 8am as possible. They make my blood boil. Are they worth a salary upwards of £71k.
