Receptionists are rude, incompetent and unprofessional. I left this surgery and found a better one as I was tired of not getting my prescriptions, despite constantly chasing and consistently being greeted by really rude and unhelpful receptionists. That is when I was able to actually get through to someone on the phone. I’d expect more compassion considering this is a doctor’s surgery with a lot of vulnerable patients who may not have people looking out for them. Please avoid this surgery if you care about your health, as they don't! Doctors do not contact to talk to you on booked telephone appointments, but text you what they'll do. Test results non-existent multiple times.
This surgery provides a very vast range of health services. There's, GPs, clinical associates, and many nurses, who, provide diabetes screening, INR, asthma, blood pressure, and many other services, all under 1 roof. The hardworking receptionists are warm,friendly, and very helpful. After being with another GP for 30 years, we had to find another surgery, and thank goodness we found this 1. I highly recommend Bellegrove surgery.
