This surgery provides a very vast range of health services. There's, GPs, clinical associates, and many nurses, who, provide diabetes screening, INR, asthma, blood pressure, and many other services, all under 1 roof. The hardworking receptionists are warm,friendly, and very helpful. After being with another GP for 30 years, we had to find another surgery, and thank goodness we found this 1. I highly recommend Bellegrove surgery.
A great surgery, fast, reliable, available, friendly, helpful with great additional services
There is nothing to give even 1star. We relocated recently, despite everyone warning me , I still choose to register at this surgery which is walkable distance as I have 8 yrs old kid with allergetic asthma and chronic digestion issues. After 1 month of submitting all the forms and some sample they collected from me not sure the reason, they register me and my kid.they have not even shared any of my sample test results with me .Unfortunately first appointment was available only after 3 months or so, even then when I rang and... read more
Receptionists are rude, lazy, and incompetent. They don't want to help in any way and just pass every request you need help with to be completed online. Even if you have explained several times, the online option is not helping. It's very clear the Receptionists don't want to work their but please stop reflecting this on bellegrove surgery patients and help them. At least earn some of the money you are paid and stop boycotting something you can help with by telling patients to do everything online...
