I’ve used Belle Casa for around a year now, they’ve always been really helpful, timely on responses and provided us with excellent cleaners. They’re friendly to deal with but professional and gave me reassurance about letting someone in my home - which was important when I was looking for a company. I would definitely recommend Belle Casa to anyone.

We had a really bad experience with this company. Their model requires you to pay the cleaner each week while they take their weekly fee by direct debit. The first cleaner did a good job when she cleaned but she only turned up around 8 times in 4 months. We gave them the benefit of the doubt and agreed to try another cleaner but she was also unreliable, turning up when she felt like it, on some occasions walking in without notice over 3 hours before her scheduled time, or texting me in the morning to say she wasn't coming.
