Had an appointment here, not my usual GP. Receptionist was being rude and snappy on the phone to someone for 15 mins while I waited to be checked in. By the time she finally spoke to me she said I was too late, and said to the doctor on the phone "They say they've been here since the appointment time but I don't know" despite me standing directly in front of her in an almost entirely empty waiting room the whole time.
